Can anyone identify this long threadlike algae??

I know its hard to see. I bought some snails and did not realise that one of the snails had this thread type stuff on its shell. I did not notice until it started to grow on my rocks. I trim it weekly when I do water changes. I do not have any other algae problems, but would really like to know what to do about this. Thanks for any help you can give me.

It's almost clear . Going to try to get a better photo. About the thickness and consistency of sewing thread.
