Can i use this putty under water?

I am trying to glue my dry rock together but loctite isnt working these are small 4" rocks, are these putttys safe to put under saltwater once dry? its a fowlr tank with few hardy fishes 636D2D51-2182-422E-AEE8-1832E02C14CF.jpeg

Those products will most likely not "glue" rock together and may leach unknowns into your water column. There are numerous products available to us in the hobby that are reef safe. Use those only.

You wont want to use any of those.
Plumbers putty is made not to harden most times.
Spackling compound isnt a good solution either as stated above.

Youll likely find this at a petstore and works great once bonded.

Out of those 3 which one is the cheapest? And its link? I want to buy it on ebay, the reason why i want it to be the cheapest is because its 40 pounds of dry rock im gluing together.

How many holdfasts sticks will i approximately need for 40 pounds of dry rock? Does anyone know? Thanks

If its "gel" superglue its cyanoacrylate and safe to use.
I personally dont like gorilla glues gel superglue as it hardens on the water surface and creates a thin film that sometimes will cover the entire coral if not careful.
I use loctite gel ultra control religiously now.

I want a pyramid, petsmart $6 ones are cheaper than on ebay or chewy(theyre $8 there)

Yea i was gonna say ebays not always cheaper.
Get a couple. I use it for fragging.
Pro tip- put a big glob of superglue on both sides of putty after kneading. It sticks a lot better that way.
