Tank inhabitants are:
2 Clowns
1 Midas Blenny
1 Axil Chromis
Duncan
Birds Nest
Zoas
Rock Nem
Frogspawn
Hammer
Snails
Crabs
Peppermint Shrimp

Looks like a sponge and some GHA!
It’s BARELY hanging on. It’s almost looks like it wants to fall off when the flow hits it just right. As far as the GHA Lol tank is fairly new (3 1/2 months) and still going g through it’s ugly phase

As it might fall off if your powerheads hit it just right. Sponge is nothing to be worried about though. As for the GHA I was just giving you a hard time. ;)

If something is in question like that, I say remove if you can easily. It's probably a sponge and fine to keep. Red bubble algae is actually kinda cool though IMO.
