Picked up this candy cane last week. I’m not sure if it’s too happy with it’s locstion but seems to have opened up a little and is feeding at night. Could it be starting to split?

Don't see a split. Doesn't look bad at all honestly. Probably still adjusting. Give it time.

Good to know then. I picked up three corals (zoa, candy cane, and mushroom), they’re my first three. Pretty cheap frags so I picked out the best looking ones I could find that we’re on the “beginners list”.

I readc they benefit from biweekly feedings. I have some frozen mysis I can target feed.

I don't spot feed mine. Just nutrients and photosynthesis.
