So I thought I'd share a bit of a story..I ordered a pail of Tropic Marin Pro-Reef salt and 2 peppermint shrimp to try and battle my apstatia from Candy Corals, here in Canada.

I waited for the confirmation email and possibly more shipping charges, based on the 50+ lbs pail of salt, and wait for my packages.

I received a text from them letting me know it's actually in their policy to not ship salt pails (pick up only).

I understood the reasoning, but asked if I could pay the extra shipping for ground shipping for the salt and air for the shrimp, as this salt is no where close to me and I'm on my last amount for a water change.

They wrote back and helped me out and saved on some shipping.

I can't thank them enough, I was worried about not being able to get it.

I've got nothing but great things to say about Afnan and everyone at Candy Corals. A lot of their stuff is not cheap, but the quality is up there with anyone else in the world. Customer service too.
