Cant find new vortech in Mobius app

Hi everyone! I Just got my New mp10 vortech and I have it already running in my tank.
Ive been trying to add this New device to my Mobius app but it wont find it
Yes, its Brand New and it says its Mobius ready...
Ive tried everything from unplug-plug , turn on and off Bluetooth , restart my iPhone. Nothing seems to work. Ive also tried to find it under other legacy and nope.
Tutorials in YouTube show how to do it and their vortech show up as soon as they look for new devices.
Any idea of what I can do?

Yes, and it doesnt shows up

The “W” on the quiet drive doesnt turns on... does it has something to do with the issue?

PROBLEM SOLVED.
I had to open the quiet drive and find out the “Mobius” chip was not correctly placed / inserted in the slot. (Two of the “staple like” were out of their spot)
I had to remove it and place it the correct way.
This Fixed the problem.

You beat me, I was about to say open the controller and check the black chip and that it was well placed, good that you solved it.
