Have had multiple appearing as of late. No idea how they got in the tank either.

I love those. They aren't as hardy as some of the other snails, but are awesome.

Good score on your ninja stars (spiny star astraea). They are great all around algae eaters...from film algae to nuisance algaes like hair, diatoms and cyano. As with most large snails, they cannot right themselves if they fall upside down. You will have to turn them over.
