Carb identification

This crab came in on some Florida live rock. Looking for an ID. He’s been living alone in a chamber of my sump but was wondering if he might be safe in a macro algae display, there is a clam in the display that is my biggest concern. I don’t mind if he eats some of the macro algae it’s pretty well established and could use some trimming
