Excited to try Vida rock for the first time I purchased one of their center pieces. I hurried home eager to see this piece of art. I opened the box only to find a million pieces of what used to be a center piece. Needless to say I'm bummed out.

I'm curious to see how they handle this type of situation.

Has anyone else had this type of experience?
