chalice help

so i noticed these white spots on my chalice now the spot that is on the left is gone and the other spots look bigger does this look like something is picking at it or mabe something else?

Maybe something stung it? Maybe detritus had settled on it? Did you check your parameters? Looks like Hollywood Stunner....pretty resilient should bounce back fast if all your parameters are in check and if nothing is picking on it.

it is a hollywood stunner all parameters r 0 except nitrates r 5ppm but did wc after there is nothing close to sting it the only thing in the tank is clown and coral banded shrimp could it be the shrimp i havent seen him picking at it but idk

if so then why would the 1 spot be gone with no treatment added could to much light cause this? or my coral banded break dance fighting my clown at night

The white is the skeleton under the flesh. Not sure how it appears covered again

well im leaning toward not enough lite bc where the skeleton areas r is where a rock over hangs so i put the chalice in the sand bed and see what happens if to far gone goin to frag off the dead tissue and go from there
