thanks guys but i thought grape watermelon had green eyes this piece has bright orange eyes

Not a grape watermelon, not sure if its a chalice.. it could be an echinata...

I could give ya a species name or gwm would be the normal tag.... As for a tagged name like le. Tyree wm I couldn't tell ya.... It looks very similar to a pilti purple i got from lba corals awhile back.... Hard to say with so many out there now.... If ya had some linage maybe that person could help ya???

My Pilti purple from LBA looks nothing like that. It looks more like the JF tangerine dream. LOL. I guess they all look different in different tanks............as for an ID I agree that it could be an echinata.

so really just concerned weather this is a chalice or echinata i keep getting different answerrrss :tongue:

It looks like an acan echinata, but a very nice one at that!
