Chalices sprouting multiple eyes***Updated with progression pics***

I have a about 5 chalices that have spontaneously sprouted multiple eyes. They were slow growers only growing one eye in a few months but then...BAM! I started seeing little white or other colored spots on them and knew they were new eyes. I'm not complaining at all, haha, but I was wondering how many other people have had chalices sprout multiple eye at once? Here is a pic of a Miami Hurricane Chalice I have that had two eyes and then began growing 7 eyes.

Not the best picture, but pics always make threads better! The original two eyes are in the middle and can barely be seen bc of the angle I am holding the frag.

Thanks! My CB trash mummy eye, tyree pink watermelon, and tyree BGM have all sprouted at least two eyes, but the MH chalice has by far been the most impressive.

LOL! Youll find out that the Miami hurricane is a faster grower than the others. Almost twice as fast!

I think my Miami Hurricane chalice sprouts about 20 eyes at a time now days. LOL. I just wish my Bazooka Joe or Tyree Red would learn to do the same.......

You got that right about the Bazooka Joe! Though My Tyree Red is growing faster than the Bazooka Joe. Its got to be one of the slowest!

The MH typically grows more flesh before new eyes. And then eventually, multiple eyes start to appear.

I am currently seeing that on my frag. I believe it's on a 2-3 inch frag plug and multiple eyes are appearing on the rim.

I will try and get a picture tonight.

Not the greatest picture but you get the Idea. This started as a 2-3 eye frag a little over 2 years ago. I fragged it a couple of times in the beginning but I haven't touched it in a year now.

Ran across this old photo this morning. This is a few months ago a little after I first got the frag.

I was going to edit my original post and show this progression but for some reason when I couldn't get the "edit post" function to work!
