Cheap LED Light For Refugium

Can someone recommend a cheap led light for a refugium with chaeto preferably from Amazon prime?

My 2 concerns with the cheap ones are corrosion and too much power. I havent found one that that has a dimmer yet.

I'm using this one and it's working great. Growing green stuff all over the refugium, skimmer, etc., anywhere light bleeds to. Kinda annoying really.
