Cheap lighting

Hi
is there anyway to light a 40 gallon breeder for basic coral for under £100 or is it pretty impossible

Might be difficult but I would look into the black box leds. Or look for a used t5 setup.

Look used. I got a pair of AquaMedic Halides for $60 with almost new bulbs and perfect appearance. One would probably be enough for a 40 breeder. I do not know if you have a used marketplace where you are, but patience and persistence will get you something.

Ye i keep checking local marine facebook pages and stuff fingers cross im lucky
