Looks like scraping or injury with secondary bactria infection.
Melafix should help heal quickly. Also for secondary, Teramycin or similar

Can I dose that in there food? If do how much

Also my local fish store had him for about 6 months I offered the 100 and they took it

Great price on fish.
melafix can be added to water and same for other.
