I chipped the outside bottom corner while moving my JBJ 65. I filled it and let it sit in the garage for a week with no leaks. It seems the consensus of previous posts is most wouldn't take a chance bringing it indoors and populating it? If not, any repair that would be trustworthy?

I had a used 65 with chips like that down 1 corner. Looked like it got dragged on concrete. It held. This looks like it will hold to me, too.

Take a bit of sandpaper to it. Will cut done on cuts to yourself and keep any score in the glass from running and blowing out. Anemoryboard nail file would work also.
