I just purchased a Bristletooth Tang. Does anyone know if the Nori people use for wrapping sushi that is sold in the asian grocery stores is the same that is used for feeding fish; specifically for tangs? I just realized I have to supplement the tang's with Nori and don't want to drive an hour to the nearest LFS to purchase it.

More than just Nori:
-Spirulina brine shrimp
- LRS Herbivore diet
- mysis shrimp
- small plankton
- Nori seaweed basted with garlic extract
- Hikari Marine cuisine
- Formula 2 flake and frozen
- Hikari veggie marine

Add selcon vitamins to the foods 2-3X per week and on alternating days, garlic extract for stamina and immunity health

100 Sheets (6.7oz) Dried Kelp Seaweed Nori Raw Unseasoned Snack Sushi Amazon product ASIN B00VY99OXU

Been buying this for almost 2 years. Both rabbitfish, angelfish and PBT love it. And it's way cheaper than 'aquarium' nori. Keep it sealed, it will slowly dry out. I only go through 2-3 sheets a week as I'm only home about that much to load the feeders.

I agree they won't just live on nori, as I use LRS and cubes soaked in vitachem and garlic. Also pellets from daily auto feeder.

I just use;
- Frozen mysis & brine (3 cubes of brine, 2 of mysis)
- Natural film & short/long hair algae (I try to keep a form of either of these algaes growing on the back and right hand side walls for natural grazing purposes)
- Algae balls that I can’t remember the name of
The algae eaters I have in my main display;
- Magnificent foxface
- Twinspot bristletooth tang
And I have 1 in the nano;
- Linear/Lineatus blenny

I use two little fishies purple, tangs seem to like it more than anything else I’ve tried over the years
^^This^^

I buy mine off Amazon with one day delivery. I am also a fan of the pre-made MassStick for my Kole.

It’s the same

I use Julian Spring’s Sea Veggies. I get the large package and it lasts quite a long time.

This is the one I use too, all my fish take a bite of it too.
