Some misconceptions here ....
No fish will school in your tank, some loose shoaling is about the best you can expect and that is helped greatly by having a few large intimidators. Blue greens are really good at winnowing themselves down to just one or two, but it is not an inevitability. Having a huge tank and feeding them like pseudoanthias can help to maintain a group. Uronema is a problem with chromis, so QT is absolutely necessary. You DO NOT want uronema in your tank.
