Welcome to reef2Reef!

Let's back up.

Why do you believe your tank needs chromium dosing?

There are different oxides of chromium and some may be better than others.

after ICP preparation, chromium was 0.0
I know that this element is used up quickly, so I thought it would be worth giving it additionally
I have CHROMIUM (III) oxide - green with a purity of 99.9%

I do not know if chromium dosing is generally useful, or what forms are best to dose. We've debated this a number of times, and I can help you determine a dose (such as what dose would add the natural level of chromium), but I do not know if your test can detect natural levels of chromium.

Some additional info:

Chromium (Cr). Chromium is present in natural seawater at roughly 0.3 µg/L. The Triton LOD = 0.9 µg/L), so having none detected may be fine. We cannot really tell much, unless there is a substantial excess.
