The guy posts multiple stories to instagram almost every day showing beautiful clams or other things to promote themselves. And- they WILL reply to comments left that are just general “you’re awesome” type things. However, I’ve never seen them actually respond to any other questions or comments and they have never responded to mine- or my emails. That’s very telling.

I see that they are going to have a live sale on April 3rd and were supposed to have had one a week ago. Has anyone had any recent experiences with them?

Hey, I actually ended up just picking up a Maxima from him from his live sale on March 27th. John who put on the live sale, for me was a pleasure to work with. Got a good deal on a 4-5” clam, shipped it, arrived on time, emailed me asking me if I had any questions and then personally called me to make sure everything was okay with the clam. I’ve only had it since the 30th but so far I am very pleased and have actually seen a couple people who buy clams in his live sale for their stores, typically buying 5-6 at a time. But once again, I’ve only dealt with him 2 times, first time was during the holidays and I didn’t want to wait for shipping so he refunded me,
second time I actually got the clam.

Maybe they are stepping up their game. I see they now have a Ukrainian sale happening tomorrow but don’t really say how the sale is funding a donation.

I too have been ghosted. I ordered a clam on February 22nd and the two weeks went. I have since tried multiple times to contact them and have just initiated a chargeback. It is a shame for such a seemingly nice guy with great clams to be so unreliable. I would not order from them again.
