I have had my Clarisea for about six months now and love it to death- however I have been having an issue lately. The motor seems to be binding up and sets the alarm off on it. But if I manually engage it, it turns. It just seems to be struggling to spin. Has anyone had something like this happen before?

Ive got an X Filter and there is a problem called ‘caking’ were there isn’t enough flow and debris to keep the filter paper moving and it gets stuck

Maybe that could be the cause, but if not this will bump the thread to see if anyone else has an idea.
