Cleaner shrimp swinging its body

I introduced two clownfish today and my cleaner shrimp has been swinging his body sideways for about an hour. Is this the "dance" they do to attract fish for cleaning?

Yes this is normal my peppermint do it as well, swaying that is.

I've seen my peppermint shrimp do this too. Not sure if its to attract fish for cleaning though.
