So, I know that tap water is a bad thing to use for your thank and that's why I buy water at the store, but in certain cases from other people I see that using it might be ok. so I was wondering if I would be ok using it for my protein skimmer. Also do the buckets of water I bring to fill up at the fish store become dirty ever? If so can I use tap to clean them out? And the last question isn't on topic but should I designate a bucket for dirty tank water or acclimating fish or something? Thanks for your help.
