Hey guys, I’ve heard that clowns are best to go in tank last but I don’t have that option, a friend shut down his tank and gave me his rock and clowns. I’ve no cycled the tank and the clowns are ready to come out of the qt. They will be the first fish, this will let them get first dibs on territory... will I not be able to get any easy going fish because of this, can I take the clowns out when introducing new fish and throw them in the sump for a week so they forget their territory, or will they just come back more ticked ? What should I do

If the tank is large enough, the clowns may accept new tank mates without too much trouble. How big is this tank. Some people rearrange the tank as they add new fish, (which is a lot of work) but it serves to destroy territories somewhat and scares the feces out of all the fish when your hands are in there rearranging the landscape like a potential diety.
