Clownfish ich or velvet?

I have them in my 150g reef tank and none of my other fish have the white on them. Just would like some help on diagnosing what this is.

Looks to be poor healing from aggression. Not ich, I doubt lympho despite cauliflower appearance and doesnt seem to be brook either. Surface look bitten and mouth seems like war damage rater than glass surfing.
Any noticeable fighting?
I would suggest isolation for now allowing it to heal. Other could be bacterial but other tankmates if any would also show signs.
