Clownfish mouth sores

Hey guys! My smaller clown has had some white abrasions on his lower jaw that almost seem fungal for about 2 weeks now, some days they are better some days they are worse, ive tried giving him a methylene blue dip to see if it helped with not much change.

He also had a sort of pimpile on the side of his head that when i went to seperate him "popped" when i got him in the net, have not seen something like that on him again since, just the mouth stuff still.

Is this just their version of "scabs" from lip locking aggression? Or should i look into medicinal treatment for him.

Tank is 2 months old, clowns are 1 month together.

This happens occasionally and through cleaning rock, squabbling and even glass surfing where they chase their reflection. Should heal on its own but assure not becoming sore or a small cyst

Is the time frams still accurate with this idea? Going on the 3rd week with the sore, and its just getting bigger. What medications would you recommend if it does become what you mentioned

Getting bigger, I would treat in a separate tank using seachem neoplex
