I currently have one of my 5 pairs of clownfish waiting for their new tank(old owner had to move quickly). Just wondering if my grow light will hurt them in any way.

IMHO, no. At least not in the short term, as in a week or two.

I’d say no as well. When I need to see in the tank but don’t want light, I toss on my red leds. Short term is totally fine

Is it pink or red? I was watching a video on brs

towards the end they talk about catching fish under a red light. The fish can’t see the red light so it’s easy to catch them. If it’s red then they can’t see anything

Can’t watch the video atm. The light is a macro grow light so I would say pink more than red

Red is the long wave length light and is far less hard on the eyes. It's the blue short wave length light that cares higher energy and can hurt your eyes.
