Are there any books or websites that have a list of compatible invertebrates, algae, or plants with a specific fish species, or what plant and algae species are native to a fish's natural habitat? Is there anyone that can offer me some advice or a website? I have had no luck in finding anything online.
I am getting a small school of Green Chromis (viridis), a royal gramma, one to two clownfish, a damselfish, and possibly a soft low-light coral. I am hoping to get a mixture of decorative plants and edibles for the fish that I am getting. I would like the tank to resemble what they would live in - in the wild, instead of just buying the cheapest macroalgae.

Those fish don’t really eat algae. But a good source for macros if you’re in the US is

They also have a guide: https://www.marineplantbook.com/

These are all going to be native to the Glorida/Gulf of Mexico area. Whereas many of the most commonly kept fish are from the info/Pacific. I’ve never seen Indo/Pacific macros for sale.
