Just wanted to confirm brown jelly on my hammer before I pulled it.

Sadly it looks like a goner.

You may want to dip the other LPS in a 1:10 peroxide solution.
Peroxide isn't hard on lps and this wouldn't be a bad idea. Watch them and if they get infected I would dip it in a 50/50 peroxide water solution for about a minute. The sooner the more likely it will survive. BJ kills quick so time is coral! I hate BJ, I see a correlation between BJ and carbon dosing and if my corals start to get infected I stop dosing immediately

I would not do anything to stress the other corals unless they exhibit bjd. I had a torch die from bjd, in a similar array, surrounded by other euphoria. The others survived without treatment.
Whatever causes bjd is opportunistic. A stressed coral is more susceptible.
It is a tough call.
Certainly, carefully remove the infected coral.
