Considering selling this dry coral

I have a piece of coral that has been out of water for about 30 years that I am considering selling. I'd like some opinions on how best to go about this. What might be a fair price? The coke can is for size perspective.

Look around on eBay or Etsy, that should give you a pretty good idea of what dry coral is going for.

That's what I'm trying to find out.
As 19Mateo83 suggested, I went to Ebay and saw similar pieces anywhere from $40 to $140.

I'm thinking someone outside of the aquarium hobby may pay more because it is a unique natural sculpture.

Some people have interest in them. I like to paint them with glow paint, as my Reef Cave has black lights in it. Others may like it plain for a beach decor. Pricing is subjective to the buyer, but I would put a range of $40-80 US, depending on how it is presented and mounted. Very nice! :beaming-face-with-smiling-eyes:

Name it Ultra Rare and sell frags would be the best way to maximize profits.

Otherwise list it @$3000.00 and accept the best offer once you have 20 followers looking at it.

You don’t need more than one buyer you need to find the one who wants it for their own purpose and values it more than the rest of us do.

Take time to photograph it under various lights and with rich colors in the background and list it as is, no returns.

And for goodness sake get one of those 100ml coke cans or something more impressive than a can to indicate the size of this show piece.
