Hi

I have been using Reef Pi for about 3 years but decided to buy new tank so I decided to start again with the parts layout and start from a clean install including Bullseye.

Everything was working, sockets connected to the relay and turning on and off with the app. 24hrs into operation I couldn't turn the equipment off, the relays stayed live and stopped clicking when selecting on/off. I presumed that the relay was bad and changed it. Started working again but about 24 hrs later this did the same thing.

I cannot work out what is going on with the reef pi as I never had the issue before. The Pi is 3b+ and I've also tried a zero 2 w and it does the same thing.

I've attached a photo of a badly drawn
Setup and was wondering if I've done something wrong this time?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions or solutions on how to fix this.

Sounds like something is getting either shorted or that it is missing a drain on the I/O pin, like a pull up/ pull down resistor(and that it is correct for application, up or down). That is where I would start looking. I don't see anything glaringly obvious at issue with your schematic.
