Concerned on my watermelon anenome and this coral next to him both seemed to decline around the same time everyone else in the tank is still doing okay, mainly coral thought not showing his green leaves.
Did have to use some super glue on coral putting him down both are recent additions
Any help would be amazing

I'd move the nem away from the coral or vice versa if you can't get the nem off the rock easily, they can sting some corals.

If the nem is staying put, I’d always move coral.
It’s to close for me.

coral doesn't look happy to me, not seeing polyps out. I'd move it away from the nem.

he is glued down on that rock should I then move anenome?
Nope, you’ll likely damage it removing it from the rock. Highly recommend you pull the coral off and relocate it as far away from the nem as possible.
