I was taking a couple pics of an anemone and noticed something behind it that looks to be some type of encrusting Lps hard to say with how small it is. Any ideas?

it sort of looks like a small plate coral with nice polyp extension, but I am not 100% sure. Experts please chime in!

Looks very much like photos I have seen of lithophyllon in person. However I have never bought one or seen a sizeable piece up close to have any real familiarity
