I bought some coral frags a few weeks ago. Started with just the two big ones then I watched the babies blossom. Then today I noticed the one that doesn’t look like the others. What kind of coral is it? I also got a surprise baby mushroom on it. I am very surprised that the shell raised so many especially two random hitchhiker corals. The mushroom decided to move itself so it isn’t pictured

I would give it time to grow. Kinda looks like a budding polyp to me. It does look like aptasia now but in a couple days could look like a polyp from the existing coral. Just a thought before panic sets in.

Actually yeah if you could get a picture of it from a side view like looking from the front side of the tank that would be good to see more of the shape of what it looks liek as well!

I actually don’t know what that is. Is it bad?

I don’t think it’s a polyp of the colony since there are many other baby polyps forming and they don’t look like this one

Before you start gluing it or using things to kill it. Just know that if you fail to remove it on the first go, it will 100% multiply everywhere. I had to get berg nudis since every other method failed.
