Could be. Care to share a photo of the base? That would help in identifying it. Preferably in white light or with a flashlight/torch.

If the base is cone shaped it’s definitely a trachy

has the shape but LOBP has thicker meat.
Its a Red Rimmed geoffroyi trachyphyllia

I'd still want to see the base before calling it out definitely as a Trach.
