I a coral coloration and coral id ?

In my 75 gal i have a huge green plate coral and a while back i was working in the tank and hit the neon green candy cane and it broke apart so i fragged it even this tiny piece fell off. Well the tiny piece looked like a plate coral and still does till this day and it isnt the green of the candy cane but the color green of the plate.
Is it possible my plate let out larvae or something and it happens that one grew on the stal of my candy cane? there is another one growing where this one broke off.

My bubble gum monster i recently fragged looked normal colors as the mother colony

but the frag has white stripes in its eye?????? it looks like a peppermint or something..
there is more stripes than this picture shows

is it just a temporary coloration thing, or is it tentacles that have not completly came out?

Common plate hitcher.

Stripes are from feeders IMO.

ok..there is antoher 1 in its place on the candy cane again..should i break it of again and see what happens?
