Probably. Or at least eventually it may be an issue. Euphyllia are pretty aggressive and can extend more than people may realize. You're likely fine for awhile, but if you don't want to have to worry about tinkering later on, I'd consider moving it. Birdsnest grow decently fast and will get close in no time.

I wouldn’t worry. I have torches close to many corals. I prefer fast growing ones ,such as birdnest. Even if torch does sting the birdsnest. It won’t kill the whole coral. So you will be fine.
