Long story short, i added a clown fish to my tank w/o quarantining it. Couple days later one of my other Nemo died (has a big skin of piece peeling and excess mucus/slime coat where it passed away. I freaked out and QT all my other fishes ( 1 Storm nemo 1 6lines wrasses and the previous Nemo that i added to the tank). Been treating them with Metroplex and Formalin bath but the Storm been getting worse. Could this be a extreme Brook case or something else, pls help me out fish experts. TIA

While I see heavy mucus making brook a possibility, i see a bacterial issue on the face of one of them in which erosion is not a result of brook. Upon death, they will shed slime and stop the metro right away and DO NOT mix with formalin. Metro should be used when absolutely necessary and by weight
What formalin concentration are you using?
