Can anyone ID this crab, it was a hitchhiker who came in on the rock of a favia from the LFS.
This is in Australia (which should hopefully narrow it down a bit)
It is quite small, 15-20mm (1/2-3/4 inch) from back to tip of claw ~5mm (1/4 inch) across the body
I have taken it off the Favia and put it in QT. I am looking for an ID and / or opinions about putting it in the DT with coral, fish hermits etc
This was on the rock too. Based on the stick I am pretty sure this is a Stomatella Snail, would appreciate confirmation before I put it in the DT.
Has a hard shell about 1/2 the size of the foot. and is about 15-20mm long (1/2-3/4 inch)
This one is only about 3mm (1/8 inch) The Red Sea logo is so the camera had something to focus on. ID? Friend or Foe?
It is a very small snail with mottled spiral shell (looks a lot like an Australian sweet lupin seed)
