Pretty ecstatic to report that everyone is eating and the spots are all gone from all the tangs. Never seen it on the clowns. I really want to thank everyone for all their efforts to help me save my little fabulous fish.

The Valmingis stay on the darker side of the tank.

Really sucks not letting them have the bigger tank to swim in. Hard to see them stuck in this small 20gal but it's not forever. Even though it feels like it.

Glad to hear this. My two cents: watch for ammonia in the hospital/QT tanks. Do frequent water changes and rebalance the copper. Keep water flow lively. Honestly, I would not feed a whole lot right now. These are big fish in a small tank, for the time being. Good luck!

I'm currently doing 10 gallons a day. With keeping copper up per water change.
Feeding lightly
No ammonia
Wave pump and hang on filter plenty of water movement.

garlic makes it worse, Maybe try MetroPlex

Thanks, yeah I went and bought 2.
I'm changing water everyday so I don't think I'd use those. But that is a very nifty idea someone had.

What does the Garlic do? Cause more of an ammonia spike? I thought Garlic helped with getting the fish into a kind of feeding frenzy plus it helps to boost there immune system, or is this false information?

Garlic is an appetite stimulant. Don’t overdo it because it can harm their liver. The main way it will boost their immune system is encouraging the fish to eat more IMO.

That's exactly what I had read, so thanks.
I don't go crazy I put a little in a bowl with a small amount of pellets and flakes I just give them a pinch if it's gone fast then another pinch, but of flakes and pellets with no garlic. I do this until they are not just trying to inhale the food then I wait a half hr and do their water change. Also a vegi clip so they have it as wanted.

So I've been keeping a close eye on there little fish and am doing a 50% water change daily keeping copper at .2 until today everyone was looking way better. Clowns and Valmingi tangs seem fine but these to look rough. It looks as if the Naso is shedding and the Clown has rusty looking spots all over him.
Advice please.

They are all eating.

Looks much worse than a week ago. The photos are a bit out of focus. Do you think you could post some short videos? Those might be clearer, and would also allow me to see their respiration rate.

Can you refresh my memory - what are they currently being treated with?
