Does anyone have any advice on how to get a CSB to split?

I’ve had this one for 4+ years and it just keeps growing.

For reference, the tank is a RedSea reefer 250, the nem stretches 20+ inches across.

Photos for reference, any help would be great!

It just means that the CSB is happy. Many times splits are a result of stress.

If you want it to split, you can intentionally stress it out, but it could have negative affects on the rest of your tank. For example, you can add your ATO freshwater right on top of the CSB, but the rapid change in salinity could kill your other corals or inverts.

The other option is always to force propagate by cutting it.

Is there a reason why you want it to split? Is it just too big?

IME CSB (suburst morphs) never split on their own. Cutting is easy if you do it properly
