Twice in two weeks now, with what I think is the same turbo snail, previous effort it made it to the floor. Its alive, I just stick it back in the tank, it suctions to the glass and resumes doing its thing.

Causes? Effect to possibly prevent snails hardcore walking about? Only elderly dogs roaming about so I'm not worried too much about bigger issues but am I missing something!? Ive kept turbo snails for years with a few different canopyless and rimless tanks, this is new to me! It beats a dead fish on the floor but by how much!

P.S. yeah that's bryopsis on the frag rack, I plan to pull it and soak it in some citric acid.

Maybe try some egg crate on the top to contain them?
