Hey all, looking for a creature that will help turn my coral sand bed to stop settling of debris and keep it nice and white. The tank is a nano reef coming in at 50L and houses 2 Clown fish, 3 hermits, a cleaner shrimp and a trochus snail.

Any reef safe options to will be weclome :)

I my fluval 13.5 I have 3 nassarius snails and a pistol shrimp. They keep the sand turned and clean. I vacuum the sand about once a month and it rarely ‘needs’ it.

I second the pistol shrimp! He is probably the single biggest mover/cleaner of sand in my tank, constantly moving the sand and rearranging his burrow with the yellow watchman goby. I have a few nassarius snails as well to try and stir up the areas where the pistol shrimp doesn't go.
