I have had a small 10 gal nano reef for about a year. Yesterday my water got a touch cloudy for no apparent reason, levels are:
Temp: 76°F
Salinity: 1.025
Ammonia: 0
pH: 7.8
Nitrite: 0ppm
Nitrate: 0ppm
This morning I see the sexy shrimp is dead, along with 4 of my hermits. I am certain these aren’t molts and are dead crabs.
Nothing seems out of range so I am perplexed as to what could have caused the crash here.
Snails all seem to be going strong, as is one surviving scarlet hermit crab.
Any advice?
