Ok im about to purchase the leds so for sure these are and will suffice for sps and lps etc.etc

You will be able to keep anything in that tank that needs High Intensity lighting.

Be careful when you put that LED unit into play, don't run those LEDs over 30-40% to start with, belive me, they are gonna be way brighter than what you have currently.
