Anyone have experience with the Dalua return pumps and/or wave makers? I have their skimmer, which I like a lot, but not sure if I should go with their return pump as well. I was looking at a Varios as well and maybe Nero’s for their wave makers.

I honestly forgot they made wave makers, haha. From my understanding, Neros are good

Never heard of Dalua pumps before.
Can't go wrong with the proven track record of Various and Nero's.

Nero’s love to bust open at the back and expose the wiring which will in turn add voltage to the tank. They are very poorly built

If you want a top notch and reliable powerhead, Tunze is the way to go

Haven't heard that before. I'll have to keep an eye on the 3 I have.
Thanks for the heads up.

I'd add

Can't go wrong with Tunze and their support is outstanding.

For past couple of years I have been also extremely happy with Octo Pulse from Reef Octopus.

Very powerful powerheads with wide flow pattern, especially for larger tanks.
