Hello please help

I’m on day 15 of the fishless cycle. My ammonia is at 2.5 PPM while my nitrite is 1ppm. Narrates are at 40 ppm

Is my tank stalled? Or should I just continue to monitor and wait until ammonia is zero?

Seems a bit sluggish. Are you using Dr. Tim’s?

Yes Dr Tim’s bacteria and ammonia together
Dr. Tim’s can be slow to very slow to start. The presence of nitrate indicates that the nitrifying bacteria have started to grow. The nitrate measurement means nothing as long as nitrite is present.

You can continue waiting or add a faster acting bacteria product like Fritz Turbo Start. Be aware that all bacteria products could be compromised when shipped during cold weather.

I am on day 2,. My ammonia is 2, and the nitrate nitrite is at zero; I am using API quickstart and dr Tims's ammonia. Is this normal? My tank is the WB 110.4

Yes very normal. You probably won’t see the ammonia turn to nitrates for at least a few days. Even tho nitrates aren’t that critical for saltwater you have to wait until you hit zero ammonia first. What’s nitrites at?

I started with Dr Tim’s, then ended up supplementing with Fritz Turbo after freaking out because I had fish arriving. In the end all turned out fine.
I am at still zero nitrate and nitrite and 2ppm ammonia. I had added some more ammonia on tuesday. I hope I did not do anything wrong. Should I add more API quick start or wait? Today is day 4

You are only on day 4 give it at least 10 days before considering adding more bacteria to the tank. You have to give the tank a chance to convert everything

why the rush on the cycling of the tanks, let it do its thing. Give it thirty days and then start stocking slowly and responsibly.... you are going to go through so many different phases of uglies, especially if you are starting with all dry rock... cycling the tank initially is one of the shortest waits you will have. I have read all the rapid cycle experiences....after keeping tanks of all sorts for over 40 years.... your best practice to master is patience........otherwise, it gets really expensive really fast.
