Dc8 trouble

I've been working on getting my apex set up. I got all the codes in my apex and everything's ready to go. But I can't get the dc8 bar to power anything. I've tried just plugging a light into it and manually turning it on and it won't turn on. I've asked on the Neptune forum but no answer. Anyone have any ideas?

I finally got ahold of Neptune and they don't troubleshoot the dc8 anymore, has anyone had problems with there's? Or know what I could do?

Have you tried updating the firmware of the DC8? I have not used it before tbh. I just know it uses the cable like the RJ11. However unless the thing is defective, it is almost like an EB8.....

I have done the update, I figured it out finally, well a guy on the Neptune fourm told me to take pics of everything, do I did and he noticed all the little site switches on the dc8 bar itself were all down, he told me to flip them all up, and thank goodness it worked. So finally I got it going. Yay, thanks to fourms!!!
