I have been wanting to setup a small pico tank using the Fiji water bottle for a long time. I wanted to keep it simple like my other tanks. The bad thing about Fiji bottles I have noticed is that from the production line, I have yet to find one that is not scuffed up. I may replace with a glass mason jar in similar size later on.

I am using a small air pump with flow valve to run. I have a par 38 abi tuna blue that I have modified(used electrical tape over whites lol) that will be used to light once I figure out its permanent home. Weekly water changes are done.

Currently I have an orange gorgonia and zoas from my other tank and purchased friday a cheap birds nest. I may add an acan later and/or possibly a single sexy shrimp or tiny hermit.

I feed benepets about every other day. And everything seems to be responding well so far.

Oh my now that is small!! :) I look forward to seeing how this does!
I do to. This is just smaller than ago the one I did a few years ago. I ended up selling the whole rock with corals as they were starting to fight for territory. This will happen here eventually.

Let's hope later rather than sooner. It would be nice to have this little one around for awhile! :-)

Tank is now where I would like it to be. The base the light is on isnt the best but will work for now. The light was to close in its temporary spot so the zoas closed up and had some bleaching on sps. Since moving the light higher in its permanent spot, zoas are opening up. Ill raise or lower based on how corals respond.

Zoa keychain??? Hmmm
That is a possibility in the future. Lol. I will be removing this post as I have taken it down. I did some cable management in my office and this setup was out of place. Instead I got a mini complete tank and in the process of setting that up instead.
