Diatoms bloom

Trace ,zero nitrite trace nitrate I used live sand cured live rock plus some from my smaller tank an also using filter media from old tank .

3 days is a bit soon, however, if you have a diatoms bloom then your tank is nutrient rich. normally you wouldn't see this for a couple of weeks I'd say you would be good to add a CUC just as long as you had a ammonia spike. Ammonia 0 nitrite 0 you should be good.
